Pumpkin Pudding

Ok so I do experiment SOMETIMES.  It was right before fall and I was craving some pumpkin! So i whipped up this treat and loved it!  Could have fed two probably…but I was being WAY greedy

*note* I dont remember exactly how much cinnamon I used…but I dont think it was actually a tbsp.  season to taste!
