Pumpkin Mug Cake

THIS yumminess happened! 

Ingredients 

Cake
1 tbsp almond meal/flour
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp honey
pinch of salt 
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1/3 cup pure pureed pumpkin
I also took maybe about 1/8 c crushed walnuts and split it between the cake mixture and the topping
Topping
1/8 c plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
walnuts 
Directions: Mix up all of your cake ingredients   Grease a 16 oz mug with coconut oil.  Pour the ingredients into the mug.  Put the mug in the microwave for 5 mins on high.  Remove from microwave and let cool.  Turn mug upside down on a plate.  It will slide right out! Because I didn’t have any whipped cream, as usually I worked with what I had.  I mixed together the yogurt, honey and cinnamon.  Placed it on the cake.  Mine was still pretty warm so it melted down right over it.  I then threw on the rest of the walnuts.  DONE & DONE!  
I thought this was pretty darn yummy.  Although I do have a sweet tooth! So anyone like me may want to either add more honey or a natural sweetener to either the topping or the cake.  Other than that it was scrumptious!
