Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich

This tasty looking thing was just way too easy!

Ingredients: for single serving

Half an avocado
1 hard boiled egg…isnt that thing purdy?! lol
1/8 cup of plain greek yogurt
season to taste (I used some crushed red pepper flakes and a bit of Tastefully Simple Flavors of India seasoning)

Simple simple…just cut up the avocado and egg, add to a bowl with the greek yogurt, throw in the seasons you want and mash it up together.  Throw it in between your bread of choice..mine was whole wheat toast.
