Speaking to myself also Shaun and I completed our first full round of our program. The results aren’t huge but I’m so pleased! With the help of my tribe I’ve managed to get back into my early morning routine in spending time with Jesus and making my health a priority. I’m not being super rigid or obsessive. I’m not counting calories. I’m spending just 20 mins a day being intentional about moving my body and then feeding it well through the rest of the day and just enjoying life
