Whole Wheat Puffins!!

Whole Wheat Puffins!!
 
INGREDIENTS:
 
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 cup almond milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 slices cooked turkey bacon
 
**I also added a couple servings of stevia, ground cinnamon and vanilla extra to this mix..i didnt measure…eep! lol) play around with yours**
 
Mix dry ingredients together.  Add almond milk, eggs and melted butter. 
Pour batter into 18 buttered muffin tins. I  divided the blueberries and cut up turkey bacon to the muffin tins at this time ( 9 for each).  Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are lightly browned.
